PERSONAL INFORMATION

Guillermo grew up in the military, but San Antonio quickly adopted his family when they first moved to the area in 1985. He attended Winston Churchill High School before attending the U.S. Air Force Academy where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology.  After serving as an intelligence officer with the Air Force he returned to San Antonio and earned a Juris Doctorate degree from St. Mary’s University.  Guillermo has served in the past as the San Antonio Affiliate Chair of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network and is currently a member and volunteer coordinator at Trinity Grace Church.  Guillermo grew up playing soccer and loves great music, food and books.  He enjoys spending his free time with his family and friends, usually at a San Antonio FC game or partaking in the great food and music of San Antonio.  He has also been blessed with the best dog in the world and is a longtime supporter of the Animal Defense League of Texas.
